88ji Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 88ji platform, including the website at 88ji.best, any associated mobile applications, and all related gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88ji ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

3. Account Registration

Each player may only maintainone (1) account on the 88ji platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a different identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• A valid and active email address
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your date of birth
• Your residential address in the Philippines

88ji may at any time require additional verification documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds) as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on88ji are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following deposit methods for Filipino players:

• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 88ji offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional offers to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, which include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used or wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

All bets placed on 88ji are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of their bets — including selection, stake, and odds — before submitting. 88ji is not liable for any errors made by the player during the bet placement process.

88ji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed:

• Due to an obvious pricing error or system malfunction
• After an event has commenced when the bet should have been placed prior
• In violation of any applicable betting rules for the specific game or sport
• In a manner that suggests collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of the platform

In the event of a game interruption, technical fault, or disconnection, 88ji will apply the outcome that was recorded at the point of interruption, where such data is available. If no reliable outcome data is available, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

8. Fair Play Policy

88ji is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. Any of the following actions constitute a breach of our Fair Play Policy and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Use of bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that manipulates game outcomes
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits or unfair winings
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods
• Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event

Accounts found in violation of the Fair Play Policy will have all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals forfeited. 88ji reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to law enforcement and relevant regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

12. Account Termination

You may close your 88ji account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions are met.

88ji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes

13. Disputes
